September 2017, the Torrens Lake in the Centre of Adelaide, will come alive with The International Waterski and Wakeboard Federation, World Waterski Championships. With 180+ athletes from over 45 different countries competing for both Team and Individual glory. It has been over 50 years since Australia has hosted this event, and being hosted with the stunning back drop of Adelaide city, will be an exciting event.
The World Water Ski Championships is the pinnacle of competition for the sport, occurring biannually. Tournament waterskiing is a high impact, high energy sport that draws spectators in, with its drama, power and adrenaline pumping action!
